weminder2 (“weminder2”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a relationship accountability tool designed for consensual use between legally consenting adults.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

b. User-Generated Content

Text entries (e.g., behaviors, notes, messages)

c. Device & Usage Information
We may collect limited technical information such as:

They are not used for advertising, cross-app tracking, or sold to third parties.d. Notifications Data
If you enable notifications, we may store:
Push notification tokens
Notification preferences
-
weminder2 does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
We do not use device identifiers, cookies, or fingerprinting for cross-app or cross-site tracking.
The App Tracking Transparency prompt required by Apple for tracking apps is not shown by weminder2 because we do not engage in that tracking.
Firebase Analytics as used in weminder2 relies on an install-specific instance ID that cannot be associated with your activity in other apps. -
We use collected information to:
Provide and operate the app’s core functionality
Enable communication and interaction between users
Store and deliver voice notes and user content
Send push notifications (if enabled)
Improve performance, stability, and user experience
-
Data is stored using secure cloud services (e.g., Google Firebase)
Communications are encrypted in transit (HTTPS)
Access to data is restricted based on user permissions within the app
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
-
We do not sell your personal data.
We only share data:
With other users you explicitly interact with (e.g., shared charts)
With service providers necessary to operate the app (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics)
-
You can:
Edit or delete your content within the app
Stop using the app at any time
If you would like your account deleted, contact us at: info@weminder.app

Data is retained only as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (either through the in-app Delete Account function or by contacting us), all of your personal data, chart content, voice notes, and reference documents are deleted immediately. There is no grace period, no soft-delete, and no recovery window.
Two intentional exceptions preserve integrity of features that outlive your account:
Referral codes you generated remain redeemable by new users after your account is deleted. Your identity as the code's creator is removed — new redeemers still receive their referred benefits, but no user information about you remains linked to the code.
Aggregate, anonymized analytics (such as feature-usage counts) may be retained indefinitely for product improvement. This information cannot be linked back to you.
Crash reports and diagnostic logs are retained for up to 90 days, after which they are automatically purged.
